The course
This year its a new route along a scenic course between Larkfield and Snodland, taking in a large section through the scenic Leybourne Lakes Country Park.

Competitors
To be aged over 17 on the day of the race. Prizes to all finishers. Trophies for main finishers including veterans and team categories for men and women. Late entries will be eligible for trophies. 1st 3 men, 1st 3 women, 1st M40, 1st M50, 1st M60, 1st F35, 1st F45, 1st F55 (One individual prize per person) 1st Male team, 1st Female team (3 to score).

With regret the course is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

There will be a goody bag for all finishers.
