Welcome to another multi-sport event staged by Larkfield AC.
The 9.5k run will start and finish from Harrietsham Village Hall before returning for the bike transition. The bike route will be mainly along the A20 before returning to the village hall and after the final transistion and racking your bike you will take on the final run in a sprint finish.
There will be trophies for all the overall winners and categories.
I really hope that the weather is in our favour on the day
and you enjoy the 3rd Maidstone Duathlon.

Registration and bike racking will take place between 7:00 - 7:45am, changing, showers and refreshments will be available.
Entries will cost £12 for BTA members, £15 for non BTA members. Entries on the day will be £3 extra. if the race limit of 100 has not been reached.
There will be trophies and spot prizes.
All marshals and helpers will be clearly identified with Hi-Viz tops, so please do not hesitate to ask them should anything need clarification. Entries will be accepted on the day between 7:00 and 7:30.
