Course	Summer 10K through the lanes to the north of Cliffe Woods, can be very hot.

Misc	Over 500 runners entered for this race which made it a little overcrowded, the field included 22 Larks, Simon led us home in 2nd place, and the ladies team narrowly failed to win the team event. Good grand prix points and the club championship is boiling up nicely, bonus points for Simon 1.5, Martin 1, Steve .5, Rob .5 and Nicola 1.5, Sarah 1, Bridget .5, Kim .5 and Jane .5
