Course	This is four laps all of 5 miles, good preparation for London. Club records have been set here by, firstly, Neil Clark, and by Martin Taylor in 2010.

Misc	Both Martin and Gerald beat their Thanet 20M times as they continue their preparations towards the spring marathons, with Martin setting a new club record! "Quite a spread of runners as I was lapped by the leading few runners, but conversely, I lapped some slower runners myself,which suggests that they were double-lapped! Martin, again ran brilliantly; although I didn't see him on the day, he must have been close to lapping me. He seems to improve with every run. The weather was cool to start but warmed up nicely.
