Misc	This was the 5th grand prix race of the year, an early start at 8:30am and over 2000 runners. Good turn out from the Larks, the men winning the Kent championships silver and the ladies going one better and are now Kent 10k Champions. Abi, Martin and Dave all took bronze medals in their individual categories. Nathan was first Lark home, with four Larks inside 36 minutes.
