Course	This is a 5K run, 22K bike followed by another 5K run

Misc	Conditions dry and overcast but it was dry! Annual race same course used for both the Spring & end of season FastandFurious Duathlon. day and comment from the lady taking the entries "everyone who entered on the day looked over 40". Well done Steve 3rd in the vets.....hmmm shame few more years to go.
