| Misc | The MAGNIFICENT 7 Larks returned after a successful trip to Frankfurt for IM Germany. They all went out and were all counted back! Some started with various injuries....Michael decided to complete the marathon although he hasn't run for more than 20mins in the last 4 months. It was a fantastic race with brilliant efficient organisation and great support around the course from family, friends and everyone else along the route.
