| Misc | Everyone did fantastically
well - see the results below............. In particular, well done to Friedrike, completing her first triathlon and to Simon Wilson in his first full sprint distance triathlon. Great times! Ed was 13th in his wave - wow - just look at that 10k time and weep! (but perhaps that is just me......) Well done Ed. Simon Murrell had by far the worst of the heat of the day - and still put in a great performance. Of course, it would not be wise for me to forget Duncan who must have put his propeller on for the race (so that is what he has been doing in the garage) - starting with a blistering swim (out in the top 5 in his wave) and a top twenty finish. I was 3 mins slower than last year and don't want to discuss it! (Only kidding). Apologies to Dave Hawkes who I forgot to mention initially. So sorry! Dave had never swum 1500m without stopping before! Great run time off the bike. Well done Dave. I
think that everyone had a good time? Well done Tri Larks - a force to
