Ed , Liz and Duncan took part in a triathlon that has you cycling up Holly Hill! A tough one but quite fitting since the winners in each age group qualified to enter the Escape from Alcatraz race in San Francisco next year.

Ed stormed through the field and comfortably won a very competitive age group. A really great result! Duncan had a puncture coming out of T1 and ended up as a much needed marshal through the lakes (as did our own Dave Dean who just happened to be there preparing our own race).
I managed to win my not so competitive age group but I could hardly call the win comfortable. So Ed and I will be racing in San Fran next year - June 12th - can't wait?!!
