I ran the Deal Tri 5k Bra run on sunday , it was all for charity and the entry was like this , well , its £5 if your wearing a bra or £10 if your not , needless to say i paid a tenner and joined the other 350 competitors , conditions on deal seafront were ideal for racing and i came home in 20.32 , ( er , another p.b , start the year as you mean to go on , ) and amazingly , 13th place overall , something to do with the real runners all being up at avery hill ?
