| Misc | The National Champs at Ashford. We were up against the very best triathletes from all over the country. Matt and Mark were due off at 6.15 am! Unfortunately the lake was fog bound until 8.15 am and even then the swim had to be shortened from 1500m to around 300m. So Matt and Mark were in their wetsuits in a "holding pen" for close to 2 hours before being able to start!
