On Saturday 30th July two teams of Tri Larks took part in an interclub triathlon challenge down at the lakes. We had some fearsome competition from 7 Oaks Tri Club (the eventual winners) 4 teams from Tri London and a couple of teams from Ingarfield Condor. It was alot of fun - all Larks got round safe and there were some good performances in what was the final tune up before London. It was great to race against other clubs - we know what we have to do to get in the top three next year - and we all know that Larks love a challenge!!
