Having missed the Great North Run because they were scared of northerners, Andy and Bev took part in the Great South Run in Portsmouth which was a bit safer.

If anyone wants to enter the Great Sth Run, don't bother, it's dodge the walker!, definately not a runners race, flat and excellent weather conditions but didn't see many club runners.
