The 1st 4miles were great, round the town, down to Hove, its when we started to come back along the seafront into a howling wind, raining like a monsoon, I have never felt so cold despite being fully kitted, guys in shorts and vests were being treated for hypothermia by St.Johns, we didnt turn until 10 miles, by then it was too late, the last 3miles were painful, my nose was running faster than I was, so glad too see the finish line, I even wrapped myself in one of those bacofoil capes for 10mins, even an hour later i still couldnt feel my fingers, I managed 1.42.07, came 701st out of 3122.
