The Milton Keynes triathlon is a great course for a PB – apparently each discipline is a little on the short side but we’re not complaining. The swim is quite a technical M shaped swim through what was rather weedy water. The bike changed this year to one lap of surprisingly undulating roads – I’d heard it was flat. The run is then 3 laps round the lake and is as flat as pancake.

Both Bob and I were very pleased with our times although we both admitted we need to work on our running…. - Tabitha
