On a trip up North, I took in the Barnsley 10K which is one of the bigger local 10K's. The start was delayed by a couple of minutes because as the starter announced "some people are still on the khazi". It was a good run for four miles until my hamstring got very sore but I limped home in a decent time.

The conditions on the website were officially perfect, wouldn't like to be there when it gets windy. There were 601 finishers. - Mark
