Today at Hayling Island, i ran 1.11.56 (official time ) , which is a p.b for me by 48 secs , i found it very easy going except for miles 6-9 , which took us along the seafront and back , there was a force 5 gale coming in from the sea which made it very difficult going , probably 20secs per mile lost there but there will always be something like that ! - Mike

Also a club record and it makes Mike joint 10M club champion.
