Last Saturday i ran the Xmas Cracker at Canterbury , it was just over 5miles of multi-terrain , some of the sections were really difficult as it was wet mud and no spikes meant no traction ! I managed 37.07 for 38th place out of 166 runners and also won the V3 category prize !. - Mike
