Once again held on a multi-terrain course which had a hill at 2k which climbed until 3.1k and this was part of a 2 lap circuit ! Simon Bonnell took off with the race leaders like his a**e was on fire and wasn't seen again until the finish, i caught and passed Lizzie on the 2nd lap and Lee Kelly.

The course was about 500mts short so maybe our times looked better than they were, there were 237 finishers . - Mike
