i ran the Portman 10k which was held in the grounds of Somerley House in Ringwood , Hants . The course was most definetly multi-terrain , a 2 lapper which took us through the tracks of the estate , gravel , water , hills and of course , mud , which was so good that in the 1st 500mts i lost one of my trainers to a section a foot deep and had to run against the hordes to retrieve it ! But after that it was quite enjoyable and my time of 47.16 put me in 103rd position out of a field of 505 , the course also over-distance at 10.8k . - Mike
