| Misc | Tonight was the first Larks Time Trial of the year. Liz, Simon, Graham and Matt all went along to meet Bexley CC at Brands Hatch for a with both Liz and Matt doing PB's. Simon and Graham were both competing in there first Time Trials and both unfortunatley had complications. Simon got calf cramp with around 2 miles to go and Graham started the race with a slow puncture. Hopefully both will be sorted for their next races. | |
