Goody bag – Excellent - - 2 t-shirts, 2 sports bags, food, first aid kit, drink and Magazines plus 2 tickets to the Pasta Party. Medal for marathon finishers. Also includes a 10km race – goody bag is the same as marathon bag

All the roads are closed, only a little congestion at the beginning – it is a bit daunting for the first 10km as other competitors are running the 10km race fast. The race is well supported with crowds along all the roads. Drink stations are every 5km

Overall a great race - the heat was a bit of a surprise to everyone but definitely worth the visit - Ian
