| Misc | Plenty of mud for this run / bike / run event organised by the Ashford Tri club, plenty of Larks were in evidence, Trevor Walker and Iain Morris ran to 1st and 2nd place in the team event with their partners with Anne Poole first vet lady. One dark spot, is Chris Neale the first Lark ever to be disqualified. On the first lap of the bike circuit his chain snapped, he then finished the lap running and unable to find a link extractor borrowed a bike. We also had the amazing sight of Mark Newmarch finishing his first race since April 2005. There were 38 finishers. | ||||
