| Course | Around 5.3 miles on an undulating route around the park with some tough climbs. | |
| Misc | 27 Larks and 1 junior Lark were at Knole Park for the third race of the season. The deer proved to be a distraction for some. Our best result of the season but frustration at the result where we finished 2nd by just 3 points. Graeme and Nicola again leading the Larks home both in second place to border line elite runners. Overall in the league we have climbed to second, but Paddock wood are proving to be a very strong team this year. Congratulations to the mens team who were first, but theres no trophy for that one. There were 320 finishers. The positions shown are actual finishing positions. |
