This was an open race which had eleven runners, five of who were Larks. Iain acted as pacemaker for the first 3K, but was then caught by four runners who gradually pulled away. Steve T. wun from Steve G. just beating 16 year old Amy Smith from the host club.

Trevor and I ran the Dartford Track 3km last Wednesday…yet again I went off too fast and ended up doing 10.24m which although slow is a club record. - Iain
