Course	Two laps, simlar route to the KFL cross country, but anticlockwise
Misc	This was a similar run to the KFL cross country races, doing two laps around the park in an anti clockwise direction.  The muddy conditions made life tricky for those with road shoes. Tania ran a strong race and broke 50 minutes for the first time taking over three minutes off her PB.  Mike was first Lark home and a debut run from PJ.
