| Misc | Alex won a Bronze Medal at the Long Distance Triathlon
World Championships a couple of weekends ago. A great acheivement in the competitive 20-24 age group, Alex completed the 4k swim, 120k bike and 30k run in 6 hours 43 mins. Ben Ward was also competing in the 30-34 but his race didn't go as well as he had hoped (by his own very high standards!) finishing 14th in a time of 7 hours 3 mins.
