The Assembly League is a series of 6 evening races taking place on Thursday evenings in South East London. It is a well established league and as you will see we are now a part of it. Our club contact for these races is Trevor Walker, please address any queries to him.

We are using the same race venues as last year with two visits to the fast and completely flat course at the Dome. Although the area adjacent to the course is likely to become busier during 2007 with the opening of an entertainment venue at the Dome/O2 centre it looks as though there will be no disruption to the existing race route.

Dates and venues for the 2007 Assembly League series are as follows, we will aim to start all races at 7.15pm- with the exception of the first race which because of the light will start at 7pm.

For a full mens team we need 4 runners, and 3 for a ladies team.

Results take a couple of weeks to come through, so the times will be approximate to begin with.
