Monday Rest Day

Tuesday Run session 7.30 pm hill/speed work (meet us at Larkfield Leisure Centre)

Wednesday Winter turbo sessions 7.15 pm / Summer cycle time trials

Thursday Club run 7.30 pm Swim session 9.00pm (meet us at Larkfield Leisure Centre)

Friday Summer lake swimming 6.00pm*

Saturday Swim session 7.45 am (Coached every other week) Occasional Bike/Run/Transition 9.30 am

Sunday Informal club rides usually meeting at Larkfield Leisure Centre - look out for emails!

Sessions are coached by Duncan and Elizabeth Scott BTA Level 3 coaches, Matt Hughes Level 2 Cycling coach, Ian Whybrow BTA Level 2 coach, Dave Barton BTA Level 1 coach, Ed Mundy BTA Level 1 coach and Simon Minshall BTA Level 1 coach.
