The club take part in two cross country leagues
Kent League (Saturday Afternoon)
This is a competitive cross country league which consists of a series of cross country races for athletes of all abilities . It is a competitive league and it’s a good challenge and is a great strength builder for the spring and summer. .

Kent Fitness League (Sunday Mornings)
This is a cross country league which consists of a series of cross country races for non-elite athletes, ie sub 34 minutes 10k for men or sub 38 minutes 10k for women athletes should not be racing.
This is a series of races staged during the period October to February each year. Each race is predominantly off-road over an approximate distance of between 5 and 6 miles.
You must wear your club vest (under tops of course can be worn)
