Tuesday is Club Run

Meet at Larkfield Leisure Centre at 7.15 to join either a 5K or 10K route which will be posted on the club calendar. Once a month we run an ‘out and back’ route with refreshments at the end, the aim being that everyone finishes at the same time and has a chance to have a good Larks catch up at the end. In summer over 3 months we run a club handicap race which everyone can take part in and win!


Wednesday's are track days

Every Wednesday evening, you’ll find our coaches leading interval sessions at Sutton Valence Athletics Track.


Each week they'll guide you through a structured interval session to improve your speed and speed endurance. This includes a warm-up, drills, approximately 45 minutes of interval running, and a cool down. The sessions are open to runners of all abilities and you will always find the  sessions both challenging and enjoyable.

Alternate Thursdays

We’ll run a coached hills or speed session – location will be advised ahead of the session.



For those not participating in races there will be social runs at the weekend, these normally cater for all abilities.
